Congrats on the win and for sticking to your guns. Folks who just want the words can get the e-book, folks who want the physical book will get the same thing that the Giller judge commented on -- that the first thing that impressed her was the quality of the printed book, before she even read the story!
PS -- can't believe that's Adam in the pics on the blog. Where does the time go?
I want to express my support for your principled stand in the printing and distribution of Ms Skibsrud's book. I admire your commitment to quality and the philosophical ideas that drive your printing decisions. Kudos to you!

Too bad for Ms. Skibsrud however who will undoubtedly miss the tide...
Yeah, stick to your principles guys. That way you'll be sure to choke the life out of any sales this book might have had.
